Wise Up

March 30, 2016

Yesterday I had a conversation with my mentor about the delegation of responsibilities during a time of crisis. We both agreed that there is usually that one person to step up to the plate and get things done, though there is always someone else we think should be doing so based on age, experience and other factors. She then went on to say that there’s a difference between wisdom and assumed wisdom; meaning just because they possess certain attributes doesn’t mean they operate in wisdom. Ouch! Let’s NOT be that person. I had a beautiful evening and expecting the same today for a ‪#‎WowGodDay‬. Let’s be mindful that our experiences should encourage us to apply the knowledge we’ve gained through them and have a WISE-UP WEDNESDAY!!!
