Walk It Out – 1/14/15

When I’m working on my legs in the gym, I typically lift heavy because my legs are very strong. The other day after a phenomenal workout, I was sitting in Joi’s basketball practice and all of a sudden my legs tightened up. It wasn’t painful as much as it was aggravating. I did drink a lot of water to flush the toxins out, and I stretched as well. Eventually I just had to get up and walk it out until I felt relief. Life is like that every now and then; we find ourselves in tight situations, but instead of waiting it out we have to walk it out (maybe even walk away). I woke up smiling, so I know it’ll be a ‪#‎WowGodDay‬. Let’s not become aggravated by the tight situations we find ourselves in, but instead have a WALK-IT-OUT WEDNESDAY!!!
