Weight It Out, While You Work It Out

It’s no secret now that I workout and attempt to go to the gym 5-7 days a week. I started this not because I wanted to lose weight, but 1) desired another way to relieve stress and 2) wanted to strengthen areas that became weak due to several accidents and injuries. Needless to say, some of the “side effects” of working out have been weight loss and more energy. We need to workout our dreams, visions and goals; and while we’re waiting for them to materialize, watch the dead weight of dream blockers and frienemies fall off. Had a great night and having a great morning so I know it’ll be a‪#‎WowGodDay‬. Just remember that side effects can be “positive” and have a WEIGHT/WAIT-IT-OUT-WHILE-YOU-WORK-IT-OUT WEDNESDAY!!!10891702_10152931269705575_5459051076720030752_n
