Take Care of Your Own Stuff

August 13, 2014

Now that school is in for all the counties in the area I live in, traffic has been horrible! There are several accidents along my route, but I’m willing to bet that the majority of these accidents occur due to folk not paying attention and/or rubber-necking. Yeah, accidents tend to happen when we take our eyes off of what we’re doing to pay attention to someone or something else. We’re paying attention to someone else’s relationship woes and our relationships end up suffering, we’re focused on someone else’s work ethic yet we end up being written up, and we’re worried about how our neighbor’s house was foreclosed on yet our household is in shambles. Today started off slow, but I’m expecting a #WowGodDay. Let’s stop rubber-necking and paying attention to others so that we can have a TAKE-CARE-OF-YOUR-OWN-STUFF TUESDAY!!!
