Workout to Work It Out

Just had a conversation with one of Joi’s speed and agility coaches about her performance and what our desired outcomes are. It was quickly revealed that there is one particular workout that she didn’t fully participate in, but she wanted the results. We had to explain to her that eventually the workout will become easier over time, but it’s going to take time. Such as it is with many of us, there are some things we have to do or situations that we find ourselves in that requires us to give our all and eventually it’ll become easier to/for us. Today will be another #WowGodDay and I’m glad about it. Through it all, let’s be committed to the tasks set before us and have a WORKOUT-TO-WORK-IT-OUT WEDNESDAY!!!
