Make Things New

April 21, 2014

all-things-new

One of the cautions in celebrating Resurrection Sunday is that we tend to get caught up and ask God to resurrect some things that need to stay dead. Some relationships, some situations, some friendships, some partnerships, some bonds, some ties, some habits, etc. Instead of resurrecting old stuff, why don’t we ask for some new stuff? In doing so we may discover that the new is most certainly better than what is dead. If my morning is any indication of what my day is going to look like, it will definitely be a #WowGodDay. Let’s let the dead stay buried and instead have a MAKE-THINGS-NEW MONDAY!!!
