More Than Enough

September 9, 2013

It is human nature to seek contentment through our relationships with others. There is a certain level of expectation we have from our husbands and wives, sisters and brothers, sons and daughters, and family and friends. Unfortunately, people will disappoint us because they are indeed human. Something is going to be said or not said, and something is going to be done or not done that can damper our relationships. Promises go unfulfilled, feelings are hurt, assumptions creep in and expectations are unmet. Even in the midst of these situations, we have to do what we can and let God do what we can’t and He will be more than enough. People’s actions will be inconsistent towards us, but through prayer God will be more than enough peace. People will fail us, but through forgiveness God will be more than enough joy. And people will hurt us , but through healing God will be more than enough love. I’m looking forward to today with tiptoe anticipation of having an awesome day, so I know it will be another #WowGod day. Join me and make it a MORE-THAN-ENOUGH MONDAY!!! #Ephesians3:20 #MyGodIsMoreThanEnough
